The Saskatchewan Building
The Saskatchewan Building Project commenced in 2021 with four phases and a $70.4 million budget, which included the purchase of the Annex building, surrounding properties and site development. The construction of the new Regina Link building and Headquarters has completed phase 1. The project will proceed to phases 2, 3 and phase, with a final completion date at the end of the quarter of 2025.
This newly constructed building to continue providing services to our growing community. The new entrance is now located on West Drive, with parking available along East Drive. Most public services will be accessed through the new Link building.
The renovation and addition to the NJ Building is anticipated to be completed and open to the public later this year.
